Items Purchased Directly from Us (our website)
We will be more than happy to accept returns of any product you purchased from our website (www.elmoremountainfarm.com) as long as it is unused and within 30 days from the date of purchase (as indicated on the sales order). If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased directly from our website after it has been opened and used, please contact us via any of the methods below and we will be more than happy to work with you to resolve your concerns. For returns involving a replacement or a refund use the process below:

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post.
Unless we specifically request for a product to be returned to us, return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
Please include the following information with your return:
- Reason for return
- A copy of the receipt or order number.
- Refund or replacement preference
Returns will be processed upon arrival, with all exchanges shipped via the most cost-effective method. If specific shipping requirements exist for you (such as a PO Box), please alert us of those requirements. Processing and transit time for exchanges is usually between 4-7 business days from the time your exchange request is received by our returns department.
Refunds or credits will be based on the product(s) price at time of purchase. Refunds will be provided for products only. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Damaged Items or Mis-Shipments
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment and to make sure that the correct product was shipped. Although rare, mistakes do occasionally happen on the part of our shipping department (ok, the one guy doing shipping…).
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, or if we made an error in the shipment, we will bend over backwards to make it right. If something like this happens, please contact us immediately at 888-464-4628 Ext 0, Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM [EST], or by emailing us at info@elmoremountainfarm.com. Our customer service team will be happy to assist you. We ask that you are able to provide the order number, your email address, delivery address, and phone number for fastest service.
For Elmore products purchased from a retail store:
Please return your product directly to the point of purchase. We will work with the store and credit them accordingly.
If the store would not accept your return, or if there are other circumstances making return impossible, please contact us 888-464-4628 Ext 0, Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM [EST], or by emailing us at info@elmoremountainfarm.com.
International Customers
Please follow the returns policy of the retailer you purchased the product from directly. If, for whatever reason, the retailer will not accept your return you may emails us directly at info@elmoremountainfarm.com. Please include the product(s) name and quantity, reason for the return, your email address, and the name of retailer you purchased it from. All inquiries will be processed in the order received and handled case by case.
